Privacy Policy

Who we are

Naughton Ventures LLC, a Texas company, runs naughtonventures.com. Questions or requests about your information go to hello@naughtonventures.com.

We don’t sell your information, we don’t run ads, and there are no analytics or tracking scripts on this site.

What we collect, and why

When you subscribe. We keep your email address, the page you signed up from, your browser type, and a one-way scrambled code made from your IP address (a hash) that helps us block spam. We send you a short series of emails, and then the newsletter.

When you take the Exit-Ready Score. We keep your answers, your scores and your email address, and we add you to the newsletter so we can follow up. You can unsubscribe at any time.

When you fill in the intake form. We keep your name, email, your business’s name and the details you give us about it, such as industry, revenue range, team size and the tools you use. We also keep a record of what you consented to. You authorize us to review your business’s public presence. If you tick the optional box, you also allow one test inquiry to your business, such as a form fill or a call. We use it all to prepare for our conversation.

When you contact us. We keep your name, email, company, topic and message, and we get a copy by email.

Private tools. Some tools on this site need an access code. Signing in sets one cookie that keeps you signed in for 30 days, and nothing else.

Who handles it for us

Vercel hosts the site. Supabase stores what you send us. Resend sends our email. If we send the newsletter through Beehiiv, your email address is copied there. Booking and payment links go to our scheduling and payment providers, whose own privacy policies apply once you’re there.

How long we keep it

Newsletter signups stay until you unsubscribe. After that we keep your address marked "unsubscribed" so we never email you again by mistake. Score results, intake answers and messages are kept while we may work together. Ask and we’ll delete any of it.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. Wherever you live, you can email hello@naughtonventures.com to see what we hold about you, fix it, or have it deleted. We’ll answer within 30 days.

Children

This site is for business owners and isn’t meant for children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
